Have you ever wondered what it takes to get big things from God? Have you ever asked God repeatedly for some things but, still not seen your prayers answered? I have both written about this before and have been in that situation myself. Recently, a couple dreams pointed me back to a very extensive study of what God looks for in order to grant our requests. My two recent dreams required a decent amount of research and study to really understand, and I have included the full explanation of them in this new blog series. The Various Currencies Of Heaven

I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

Before I get into the explanation of my dreams, let me state that God has a buying system in which He does business with us here on earth. As I’ve said, previously in other blog posts, God is the original businessman, and He has established the principles by which we get things done here on earth.

Just like there are business principles on earth that we must follow, the same is true for God‘s system. When we learn what those principles are, we will begin to see results in our life, and some of them will be completely miraculous. That is exactly what both of my recent dreams pointed to!

In order to buy things from God, we must first develop the right types of hearts. God grant us our requests based on the type of heart we have. There are at least 170 different types of hearts listed in the Bible, according to a resource I have linked near the bottom of this blog. These hearts are referred to by various types of metals, such as silver, gold, platinum. Just like it here on earth, the more valuable the metal, the more valuable that type of heart is, and therefore, the greater your buying power with God in order to get things done here on earth.

Before we continue, let me stop and explain why platinum is a valid spiritual “currency” despite the fact it is not mentioned in the Bible. The reason is found in passages like the one below. It says there is something more valuable than gold and silver. According to most websites, platinum was not known about until the 16th century; it is not uncommon for the Bible to refer to things vaguely that were to be discovered at a much later time.

My fruit is better than gold, yea, than fine gold; and my revenue than choice silver.

Throughout this blog series, I will refer to a resource that gives the full teaching on God’s currency system. That resource is linked near the bottom of this post. The more I study that book, the more I am amazed at how it answers many of my questions about what it takes to see the manifestation of many big things I’ve been waiting for.

With that introduction out of the way, here are the two dreams and the interpretations…

Dream: Receiving Ornaments & A “Platinum Heart”

February 8, 2024 – I receive a box in the mail from my family (seemed like it was from my Dad and another relative). The box has a few things in it including a small box of silver coins which is very heavy and I commented that it was “very heavy”. One of the coins on top is shiny, without stain or scratches, and has the year of my birth on it. There’s other things in the box including 2x home decor ornaments hidden underneath everything else. When I got the box, it was already opened and there were other people around while I was looking at the contents. 

Here are the primary symbols explained…

• Box = receiving gifts (spiritual or otherwise), refers to the teaching in a book I have linked below on “The Heart, The Currency of Heaven”, by David E. Taylor.
• Opened box / people looking in = personal characteristics being developed and noticed by others near me.
• Coins = this puts the context of the dream in the realm of currency, specifically the currency system of Heaven; the means by which we obtain buying power from God according to certain prescribed means explained in the resource linked at bottom.
• Silver = a heart that has been purified and is valuable to God, which you can then buy things from Him; often refers to developing faith by hearing new teaching.
• Shiny / unscratched = a new type of heart recently developed, a “new heart” as in Ezekiel 36:26.
• Very heavy = weighty, very valuable, how we gain rank / “weight” and glory in God’s kingdom, ability to buy things from God, a hint that the dream was speaking about something far beyond the value of silver, also refers to considering the value of the hearts developed in order to buy from God.
• YOB = (my year of birth) a new type of heart recently developed / “birthed” as a result of going through circumstances that produce refined character; further emphasizes that it refers to myself personally.
• Ornaments (2x) = refers to a meek and quiet spirit (1 Peter 3:4); it is the “platinum heart” as explained in the recommended resource near the bottom of this blog, indicates great buying power with God.
• Hidden / underneath = to be low, subtle, meek; this refers to what is said about the “hidden man of the heart” in 1 Peter 3:4 (KJV); this was the primary decode clue that revealed the full meaning of this dream, beyond what I initially understood.
• Dad / relative = God the Father as giver of gifts and provider, who gives all the types of hearts that we must ask for.

Primary Decode Clue

When I first looked at this dream, I initially stopped at the point where I saw the silver coins. It was only after considerable research that I found out the true meaning of what was underneath those coins: the two ornaments. When I studied what those meant according to the resource below, I was shocked to find out that it meant God was showing me I had one of the most valuable types of hearts: the platinum heart.

Being totally honest, I know how many things are still wrong with me, and the character struggles I still have. For God to show me that I had received this type of a heart was very surprising beyond my ability to express!! The message for you here is that, if I can do it, so can you. This should be even more incentive for you to read that book I have linked towards the bottom and to study it diligently and to repeatedly ask for all the types of hearts that are described there!!
