When I began my supernatural journey towards ultimately discovering my true purpose, there were many unexplained aspects of the circumstances God pushed me into. Not knowing the reasons why I had to live a very unconventional life was extremely difficult for someone like me. I was programmed my whole life to live according to western principles and what made sense in my logical, rational mind. Well, turns out, that is not God’s way! Trying to live that lifestyle will ensure you miss the biggest rewards God has for you both now and eternally. Here’s why I say that…

Truth: You Don’t Need To Know

By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.

Hebrews 11:8 (KJV)

Any time you want to know what is God’s way of processing you for your true purpose, all you have to do is look in the Bible for a pattern. That sounds simple enough but, it is not what I learned during my 44 years of spiritual wilderness in modern American churches. When God pushed me out of my 20 year, well paid career, and into a life of no income and no jobs, He explained very few things to me.

I didn’t know why I had to live with other people, with very little money for anything. He didn’t explain to me why I was not allowed to have a job and why I had to look like an idiot in front of everyone who had known me for many years. Nothing made sense!!

I’ve explained much more about all this in my ebook linked at the bottom but suffice it to say, God was up to something by not giving me the answers that seemed reasonable to provide me with. While we are getting to that point, let’s just say that it had everything to do with the pattern He required of Abraham in that verse above. The whole exercise of living without anything making sense had a lot to do with developing my faith to the point where I could actually trust God regardless of the outward appearance of a situation.

Next Truth: Your Friends Don’t Need To Know Either

Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

Psalms 1:1-2 (KJV)

But that was only part of the equation. I didn’t know what was going on and neither did my church friends and my family. So that’s where the next problem came in. Everyone knew that I came from a career with very good job options and yet, now I was doing apparently “nothing”. It looked like I just threw my education and my brain in the trash and wasted the next several years of my life. Eventually, after several years, I got the answers to why God required me to do that.

Before I get to that punch line, let’s iron out something here. There is a very simple progression of logic that we need to handle. Here it is… if God expects you to follow Him blindly by trusting Him with no answers, then your friends and family ALSO do not need to know the reasons you’re living the way you are. In the military, we call this “need to know”. If you do not have the right level of security clearance, then you are not permitted to know what goes on behind closed doors. Same here!

When I was in the first few years of my supernatural journey, I kept a very tight lid on everything and I told my friends and family almost nothing about what I was doing. That was the wisest thing I could have done. First, I didn’t know what was going on myself; second, since I didn’t know anything, how was I supposed to tell anyone else?? It didn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out what was going to happen if I told everyone the truth about my lack of understanding of my very confusing situation.

It was bad enough for me trying to live every single day without knowing what I was doing. If I told everyone else around me how clueless and confused I was, they would all pile up and start filling my ears with the same worldly mind of the flesh garbage that God didn’t want me to live by anymore. You see where that would lead me??

It was bad enough just trying to deal with the confusion in my own mind, not to have to listen to their ignorance as well. Talk about making things 1,000 times worse!! So, I used wisdom and kept my mouth shut and told them basically nothing. That was by far, the lesser of two evils. Again, if God doesn’t want you to know what’s going on, then your friends and family also don’t “need to know” either. (Especially when they never bothered to ask God the same questions you did to find out what His true purpose was for them!)

What’s Really Going On When You’re Kept In The Dark

And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.

James 2:23 (KJV)

So finally now, we can get to the part where I learned the real reason why God was keeping me in the dark about the most important aspects of my life. When I finally learned this, it gave me something very solid to grab onto and raise the level of what I was aiming for.

The answer to my whole problematic circumstances is in the verse above. God gave Abraham “friendship” status with Him because of how He willingly walked through His own confusing situation without constantly demanding answers. Just like I said at the top here, if you want certain things from God, you need to follow the Biblical pattern. Friendship with God gives you immense benefits as Abraham received. If you do not walk according to the same faith that Abraham had, then you do NOT receive that status! That is what I learned myself.

So now you know why God will require you to walk by faith with no answers to all the “why’s” you will have about your daily circumstances. And… expect those unpleasant and confusing circumstances to last a VERY long time. The sooner you settle the matter of not needing to know what’s going on and learn to put your mind at peace and do exactly as the Bible says, the sooner you will move on to a much better state of existence.

Remember, God is doing all this because He is trying to see if He can promote you to a level very few ever attain.

None of this was easy for me and even recently, a few things rose up to challenge me all over again in similar ways. At times, this has felt like one step forward, one step backward. When Jude talks about the ancient faith that was lost long ago, he wasn’t exaggerating. I was trying to develop something that had already been lost long before his time, 2,000 years ago!! Needless to say, the odds of me getting that myself felt like on the order of lightning striking twice in the same spot.

Fortunately, after years of living like this, I have made MUCH progress in ways I never imagined possible. And, in the midst of that, God has given me many dreams showing what I have received from Him as a result of my progress and obedience in following His very confusing instructions and requirements. You Must Do This On Earth

Following God purely by faith and trust in the midst of the most horrible circumstances will pay off in ways most people (especially in the church) will never imagine. Read what I’ve written in my other blogs and ebooks about my soon coming invention and the supernatural marvel abilities God has shown me that I have. Need I say more.

Do what I’m describing here and find out for yourself what God has in store for you. Do it now, because you cannot attain these rewards of relationship with God when you get to eternity. They MUST be developed here on earth – there are no second chances.
