As you probably know, I’m not an expert in politics and until recently, I rarely ever wrote or spoke much about what was going on in that realm. In the last 14 years since God began speaking to me in dreams, I have had very few dreams that deal with politics but, I have seen all of the last 4 presidents in several dreams. In some cases, those dreams were symbolic but other times, there was a literal message. As I mentioned in the first post of this series, it was only recently that God began revealing hints about how my future will very much include the political realm. Because of that, I have now made it more of a priority to start looking for anything new that God wants me to learn well in advance of a potential upcoming assignment in the next few years.
Incorrect View Of Public Officials
Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
Romans 13:1 (KJV)
With many Christians and conservatives supporting Trump, I’ve heard few say much about what they expect when his term ends. I personally support him and I’m very familiar with most of the prominent prophecies about his term. What I’ve noticed however in the church supporters is a serious error in how they view him. From present and past observation, most Christians have the view that a president (natural government) is the ultimate and only authority in existence. Most churches have no understanding of what the Kingdom of God is or how it overrides everything in the natural realm – including governments and their officials.
I know this well because that’s what I also believed for 44 years of my life before I learned what the Kingdom of God really is. Presidents, governors, senators and others are NOT by any means the highest authority in a nation. At no time is a Christian to look at them as if they were higher than they really are. Yes, we have Biblical passages that tell us how to respect them but to think of them as if they were the highest authority is completely out of order and a sign of ignorance regarding the dominion and authority we should have in the Kingdom of God.
In short, a Christian who has properly learned and been trained as a king in God’s kingdom is in fact higher in spiritual rank than the president of a nation. Since the kingdom of God overrides the kingdom of man, that means people like myself are automatically in a much higher spiritual position than an American president who does not know any of these things (ie: President Trump).
As a sidenote, I also want to say with strong emphasis that although God has clearly positioned Donald Trump for very good reasons, I have seen many Christians look at him as if he was the “second coming savior”. This is a very serious error and once again shows the ignorance and lack of proper training in churches regarding the reality of the Kingdom of God.
Short Sighted, Prevailing Prophetic Negativity
For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee. And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.
Isaiah 60:2-3 (KJV)
There’s much more to be said and explained about that but, we will save that for another time. What I’ve been noticing among Christians who fit the above description is that they mostly have a very short sighted view of what comes next after Trump. I’ve heard prophecy addicts claim that as soon as he is out of office, “we are doomed” because the Antichrist system will take over and evil will once again rise up without any effective (let alone overwhelming) opposition.
Yes, there is clear end times Bible prophecy which we must know and not rationalize away by some modern day false teaching slight of hand. I have studied eschatology at length for the last 25 years and I know well what is to come and all the primary opposing theories. I am not a novice in this subject!! And, despite everything I have learned about end times prophecy, I STILL do not cling to a theology of negativity and fear!
While I know for a fact that end times Bible prophecy will happen, I have also become increasingly aware that the way it’s been taught by many preachers is lacking something very big. I am in no way trying to pretend certain events foretold in the Bible will not happen. In fact, I already know that there are things soon coming to earth that will cause many of these prophecy preachers to lose massive numbers of followers and I’m not talking about alien invasions or comets hitting the Earth or any other such negative events. NO!
NOTE: I do understand the problem of negative thinking. While I don’t usually think that way in this context, I have had challenges with that in other situations. One solution to correcting the mindset is is by cutting back on hearing too much negative information. Prophecy is addictive, especially when most of it tends to be focused on all the evil things that may happen. “Faith comes by hearing…” (Romans 10:17); what you saturate yourself with is what you will have faith in – whether negative or positive.
The more time I’ve spent focusing on the Kingdom of God and our authority as kings, the less those negative outcomes matter to me. Prophecy is NOT the highest level of supernatural!! It is actually one of the lower levels. If you’ve never heard that before, well that doesn’t surprise me. Go read everything I’ve posted about marvel supernatural abilities and sonship dominion and you’ll see what I mean.
Now having (again) made that distinction, let’s continue where we left off…
Unexplored Future Possibilities
I’m talking about extremely positive things that none of them saw coming because they were all focused completely on negative, escapism theology. In short, I’ve noticed that negative news sells tons of books but it is not usually what God has planned. Yes, we must heed the warnings of what is to come but, we are NOT to do that in a way that is out of order with the many other greater principles also found in the Bible.
I suppose at this point, most readers probably have no idea where I stand or what I’m trying to say here and that’s fine with me for now. What I do know from my own dreams and my calling as both a global technology inventor and future political official, something is very wrong with the way eschatology is being taught. Not that my invention or my upcoming office can’t be cut short by God due to the refusal of Christians to do what is required of them. Rather, what God has planned is to a degree, actually subject to the actions and responses of his people when they are presented with certain revelations.
What I’m trying to say is that I know for a fact that God has extremely positive plans for the very near future but, those will happen or not based on how Christians respond and act. From what I’ve been seeing in the last 15 years, my confidence in most Christians is rock bottom (nearly zero). But, as I said before, my own empirical evidence strongly suggests that God‘s overwhelmingly positive plans are very likely to come to pass.
And along with that, a future president or governors or congressmen, etc, may turn out to be the kind that most Christians never had any faith to believe for. So, I hope by now that you’re starting to see why I’ve said so little about politics or end times prophecy in my blogs in the last 10 years. And I hope you’re catching my drift about what God has recently revealed about my own future calling in this realm.
For now… start asking how God has been showing me a huge global technology invention business ever since 2014 if the whole world is going to end in the next 6 months?? I’ve asked God about that repeatedly and the answer is always the same – that is my immediate calling and assignment. Unless the church as a whole completely screws up (more than it already has), this thing is going to happen. And when it does, it is going to be part of a much larger mission regarding the prophecies spoken by those like Bob Jones and others.
Very positive things are in store, whether they happen before or in the midst of extreme negatives. The only question here is – where are you positioning yourself? On the side of negative, weak, powerless, fear-based church-realm theologies? Or on the side of the power, authority and dominion side of the Kingdom of God. I guess we’ll find out.
