This is my follow up to my last blog where I gave solid reasons for considering a new location for my energy tech invention outside of the USA. As you know, I always take action on what I believe in and I have already started researching the top countries where the invention can be built. As stated in previous blogs, God has showed me in dreams that my invention is a massive trillion dollar company. That means, the country I build it in will benefit enormously. This invention is a gift from God to the world and it is not appropriate to put it in a country that has shown itself to be undeserving. The following is the initial data from my research into the top countries where my invention could be built.
Research Methods
Lately, I have experimented with several different AI platforms for the purpose of many different research projects. In the process, I have found Grok (by Elon Musk) to be one of the top artificial intelligence resources. When doing a thorough research, you must consider multiple sources to look for signs of bias, accuracy or agreement. I am doing that now in the context of this post.
What you will read below is only one piece of my new research. If I choose to continue writing about this decision making process, I may follow that up with more data later.
Top Countries for New Energy Tech Startups in 2025
Launching a new energy tech startup—focusing on renewables, batteries, hydrogen, carbon capture, and smart grids—requires ecosystems with strong government incentives, VC funding for cleantech (projected at $50B+ globally in 2025), talent from energy research hubs, and supportive policies like net-zero targets. Drawing from 2025 deep tech rankings, energy sector analyses, and greentech reports, here are the top 10 countries. This synthesizes data emphasizing innovation, funding ($100B+ in top nations), and growth in clean energy jobs (e.g., 14M globally).

Booming solar/wind with 900K+ jobs; Bangalore/Delhi host 500+ startups via Startup India ($1B fund). Green hydrogen mission and low costs; IIT talent pool. Ease: 63rd; Green Jobs: 900K+. - United Arab Emirates
$160B+ clean energy plan; Dubai/Abu Dhabi focus on solar/hydrogen (e.g., Masdar City incubator). Zero-tax free zones, golden visas; oil transition funds. Ease: 16th; Green Jobs: 50K+. - Sweden
Sustainability leader with $3B+ VC for green tech; Stockholm excels in biofuels/energy efficiency. EU grants and corporate ties (e.g., Vattenfall); high innovation ranking. Ease: 10th; Green Jobs: 100K+. - Denmark
Wind energy pioneer (Ørsted ecosystem); Copenhagen hub with $2B+ funding for turbines/storage. 50% R&D tax credits and green transition policies; strong biotech-energy crossover. Ease: 4th; Green Jobs: 80K+.
Key Considerations
- For Funding/Scale: US, China, or Germany for VC density.
- For Policy Incentives: Norway, UAE, or India for grants/visas.
- Emerging Trends: Asia (India/China) surges 20%+ YoY in cleantech exits; monitor COP30 for policy shifts. Data from 2025 deep tech and energy reports; consult local accelerators like Cleantech for Startups for tailored advice.
Continued: Top Countries for New Energy Tech Startups in 2025 (11-20)
Building on the top 10, here are positions 11-20, informed by cleantech funding resilience (down only 64% vs. 70% overall in 2024), European overperformance in energy VC, and global innovation indexes. These emphasize emerging hubs with policy shifts toward hydrogen, batteries, and carbon tech, plus talent from specialized programs.
- Ireland
EU cleantech leader with $2B+ in green funding; Dublin hosts Atlantic projects in offshore wind and biofuels. Enterprise Ireland grants (up to €500K) and 25% R&D credits. Ease: 24th; Green Jobs: 50K+. 21 - Israel

Research Ongoing
So, now you can see, I really have taken serious steps towards what I’m saying about looking for a different country. God of course has the final say but it is my job to do the research and be prepared if He tells me not to build it in my country.
The country(s) where this business is established will benefit immensely from this massive global technology business. Until now, I never questioned that it would be built in the USA. Unfortunately, it was when I saw the unbelievably disgraceful and evil attitudes from the American church as a whole that everything changed. I guess you’ll eventually find out where this ends up and how it all goes. Believe me, I have much more to say about this.
