At the time of this writing, it is the end of 2025 and the invention I keep referring to here could have been built by now. We could have had our building, our first employees and the whole invention design put together and operating (or at least on the verge of that). Today, I’m going to restate some of the details that I already disclosed publicly about what is required to build this space energy invention and why we are still stuck at the same stage for the last 3 years. What I omit from this episode, I will be telling at some point later on without sparing any details. We are about to accomplish everything God showed us about the invention regardless of how many evil people have tried to stop us.

Still No Construction After 3 Years??

As I’ve said before, due to intellectual property laws, I am not allowed to discuss the design details of the invention – what it looks like, how it works, or any of the components. Having said that, there are certain details that I am able to discuss just so you can get the basic understanding of how much effort has gone into this behind the scenes.

On August 10, 2023, I posted an update on my company website titled: “Invention Business Update: Site Visits / Building Layouts / Phasing Plans / Funding Status“. In that short article, I disclosed as many details publicly as was reasonably proper based on the company plans I put together up to that point. Not everything could be publicly revealed but, to give everyone a somewhat solid idea of the research and preparations we had made to that point, there was an appropriate level of necessary detail that I needed to make available. At the time I posted that update, we could have already begun building this invention (2 1/2 years ago). And yet, here we still sit waiting…

What you will read below is a slightly edited and updated excerpt from that public post which I made on my website, Blue Cube Rocket…

“This is a business plans update for the space energy invention company we are in the process of starting. In this brief summary of our progress, we will tell a little about our property site visits, building construction and property layout plans, projected expenses, and our thought process for how to accomplish all this in phases, as quickly as possible, with the lowest up front cost. 

Overall Strategy: Balancing Immediate & Long Term Requirements

Our aim is to get this invention up and running as fast as possible but, as you can imagine, there are timelines for construction that can be somewhat extensive. Since we already know the future size of this business, we must balance the immediate needs with the future growth of the initial business site and factor that into the expected initial financial resources that we will receive. In other words, our first business site must be big enough that it does not restrict our growth once the invention is operating. 

Based on multiple building layout options, we have concluded that a property size of 18 – 25 acres is required. This will allow us more than enough space to construct the invention and then add additional buildings and parking space to accommodate more employees. 

Here is our general phasing plan… 

Construction Phasing Plan

Phase 1: Construct the building where the invention will be created and operated. Minimal parking space will be needed at this point. A temporary site security plan will be put in place. The initial employees will be hired for invention construction and testing. Our company will be formally established at the beginning of this phase. 

Phase 2: Construct a second larger building for additional production space and offices for employees and occasional government and corporate visitors. This stage includes construction of the main parking areas, the entrance road, security fencing, a separate trucking dock area and a formalized permanent site security plan. Additional employees will be hired for invention operation and the beginning of our global operations. We have reason to expect rapid expansion at this point. 

Itemized Cost Estimates

Here is the estimated size and cost of the above phased construction plans. Estimations of sizes and costs are subject to change on short notice but, after already considering multiple property and building layouts, these figures below are very close to the expected final numbers. 

Please note: these are general details only; specifics will be available once formalized business documents and contracts have been signed / published for public disclosure. Additionally, we are including extra margins in our totals for unexpected cost overruns which are almost always guaranteed with any large building project. The total amounts you see here do not necessarily include that extra amount. 

Building + Land

• Building # 1 + Building # 2 size estimate: 120,000 SF [possibly decreased based on new technical design specifications]
• Property size estimate: 18 – 25 acres [increased to 35 – 50 acres as of 2025]
• Location: northern Colorado Springs
• Estimated building 1 + 2 cost: ~ $60M [may be decreased based on new technical design specifications as of 2025]
• Construction costs based on $400 / SF (+ additional costs for specific technical requirements). 
• Land: $2.8M [increased to possibly $7M as of 2025].
• Parking: $350K ($3 / SF)
• Landscaping: $150K [minimal, initial phase only]

Employees & Official Travel

• Site security: $300K / yr, contract based (initial / temporary plan only). 
• Employee payroll: $2M / yr for first 2 years only (initial list of employees has been compiled by name, based on persons with known skill sets). 
• Business air travel: various short and long term options have been considered; ultimately, corporate aircraft will be purchased for $5M – $15M [updated, 2025], based on size and range of aircraft required for travel needs [plus additional operating costs per year up to $1M, as of 2025].

Site Visits & Layout Designs

We have considered [several] properties and made multiple site visits to determine which size and location fits our requirements. We have taken photos on site and looked at satellite images [and aerial photos] and created land and building layout sketches to scale to see which will fit our current and future needs. At this time, we have found [several commercial lots] that we can build on. 

Here is one of many rough drafts of our building and land layout plan (minus certain sensitive details)… [Update 2025: this sketch has undergone many significant updates and improvements which will be made public at a later time after construction begins].

Current Funding Status

As indicated previously elsewhere, this project will have overwhelming impact on global energy production and will bring a solution that some “elites” do not want. We have already indicated that this invention is part of a global deliverance from these evil and oppressive people that have kept the world stuck in the past with outdated, dirty and ineffective energy production methods (nuclear fission, windmills, solar, coal, etc). We sincerely hope you already know about this. 

Our invention literally comes straight out of a Marvel movie and will do exactly as we have stated. This is not a joke or exaggeration. As such, with all the decades of oppression that has stopped others from bringing their inventions to the world, there is significant opposition from all angles to making this happen. That opposition has already played out directly and personally this year in ways that caused us many significant personal problems. 

The total initial cost for everything listed above, plus items not yet listed or estimated, is easily $100M. This post was intended to show a few of the hard facts regarding our progress as evidence that this project is moving forward despite the opposition we have encountered. If you saw our last update here, then you know why we are completely confident of the ultimate outcome.

We Have Already Won This Battle

Now that we have given a short statement of the invention status, it is time to say a few words about what we have encountered along the way. Well, I would like to do that but, I’m saving the most unbelievable parts of this story for an upcoming episode. See, there are certain people who have exposed themselves for what they have always been. Rather than being a positive part of this amazing story, they have chosen to work for satan himself (and I have the dreams to prove it).

At the time of this writing, certain of these such workers have gone out of their way to show ALL their true colors in full public view. This would be a great time to remind everyone that you’re never going to fool me when God gives me almost 800 dreams per year and even more to my wife. I’m not exaggerating when I say that nothing is ever hidden from us, especially when it comes to the evil attitudes and plans (and lies) certain people have concocted against us.

I’m not trying to exalt myself or my wife here. We are not perfect and I have gone to great lengths to tell about the process God has put us through to make us into the kind of people who are able to fulfill His global plans (and we will). My point however, is that when you are truly chosen by God (and most church people are NOT), God will do much more for you and He will make sure that you ultimately get what He promised regardless of how many evil people come against you (as has happened to us).

God has shown us in MANY dreams recently exactly what is going on especially regarding the money to fund this invention and why it was deliberately hidden from us by a concoction of lies. My wife and I have been shown EVERYTHING about this situation and the person(s) who has done this to us. There is not one single important detail that He has not shown us for the last 3 1/2 years.

Because this is become a permanent and unfortunate part of the story, you will never stop hearing about it. Some people choose to make themselves a proverb rather than an asset and their story, just like that of Judas, will always be told and never forgotten by all who read this story. In fact, had it not been for such evil actions against us, this entire series of episodes would not have been written at all (are you getting the point yet??)

Regardless of what unbelievably and disappointingly stupid choices were made by certain individual(s) against us, I can tell you that God has also shown that we absolutely WILL receive exactly what we need to build this invention AND be paid for all the hell we have endured plus the sacrifices I made in the last 10 years so that I would receive everything God intended to reward me with. We know what He is going to do and to whom, because of their deception and lies toward us.

You CANNOT stop God’s plan for His chosen people. If you think you can, you have deceived yourself and swallowed the lies of satan himself (you know… the one who tried to exalt himself over God and His plans…) By the way, YES, we have the Biblically required 2-3+ additional witnesses of everything I say here regarding the evil actions against us – this has been confirmed by several others besides myself and my wife! These are now established FACTS on record.

Well, that’s as much as is fit to say for this update at the near conclusion of 2025. Let me leave you with the words from my spiritual father and mentor, who is the reason I even have this invention to begin with…

You Don’t Become Victorious Without Warfare!

When you are doing the will of God, there will be persecution and warfare. However, through Jesus’ obedience and sacrifice, you already have the victory in every battle!

“Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution,” (2 Timothy 3:12)

“But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ,” (1 Corinthians 15:57).

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go,” (Joshua 1:9).

You can’t approach everything from the position of warfare or the possibility of defeat, you must approach it from the place and position of victory, confidently knowing that through Christ, you are more than a conqueror!!

“… in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us,” (Romans 8:37).

If the devil can get you to believe that you can’t win, you won’t. Your focus must stay on what Jesus did for you when He conquered death, the grave, and hell!! You are not a victim… You’re a VICTOR..!”
