Commerce Dreams: Trucks, Highways, Traffic & Mountains | Metaphors With A Message

Vehicles, roads and various types of terrain are some of the most common symbols you will see in your dreams at night. Many of your dreams will contain scenes of you being in a vehicle (of many types) or driving one yourself. In some cases, you may see yourself in or near a large semi truck on a highway. If you have seen anything like this in a dream, I have a perfect recent example where I can walk you through the meaning of all the symbols to show how they can contain a personal message for you. As with several of my recent blogs, this dream discussion will be especially useful for those who are involved in some form of business.

Dream: Semi Trucks Stopped On Mountain Highway

March 11, 2024 – There’s a highway that goes through the mountains and I have several semi trucks that are driving on it. One truck (my own) is stopped on the highway at the front of a very long line of trucks and all traffic behind it is stopped waiting for mine to move. There’s a woman driving another semi truck immediately behind mine and she’s just looking ahead waiting for my truck to move. Everything looks like it is smaller scale than in reality and I walk up to my truck (at the front of the line) and I try to pick it up and reposition it on the road. However, the truck is very heavy and very awkward for me to move it in this way. There is also a very high straight down cliff that I’m trying to avoid falling off during this whole dream. It seemed like the part where my truck was located on the highway was at the highest point where the road now began to go downhill.

Interpretation: In real life, there has been a sense of a lull in activity with everything needed to get my invention business started (due to waiting on funding). This dream was a message to me with several parts: 1) an instruction to keep things moving on my end, 2) any slow down in my efforts would cause major delays (stopped traffic) for many other businesses, 3) this business is too complex and enormous for me to do it all by myself, and 4) due to the nature of my invention and the fact my truck was #1 in the line, I am the upcoming leader of a very large sector of industry.

Here are the primary symbols explained…

Semi trucks = because these are very large cargo carriers, trucks like this represent business and commerce; for me, this represents my soon to start invention business; the fact there were many others of this type on the road behind me means there are many other companies that will follow mine and will be affected by whatever happens with my business (ie: if I stop, all others will be stopped as well) (See: Infographic: Vehicles in Dreams).
Highway = in this context, this represents a place of commerce since many vehicles of all types are going to a destination at a higher speed and on a relatively efficient route with few stops (see Bible passages below).
Downhill = although a secondary symbol as in the periphery of my view of the scene, this means everything should be easier from this point on.
Cliff = don’t “fall off” the narrow road, watch out for seen or unforeseen dangers, a precarious road of personal travel in life (this is a great summary of what the last several years has been like for me).
Heavy = (the weight of my truck) this means everything involved in getting my business started is too much for me to handle on my own (as I have referred to in previous blogs).
Mountains = a difficult personal journey that requires overcoming obstacles, trying to “carry something up the mountain” as a frequently used figure of speech used to illustrate manifesting something huge in the earth realm given by God.
Woman = a literal woman I know who works at a wealth management company and is a key person in helping me with advice / guidance / connections in getting my business started.

When using a strong concordance, you can see that the meaning of this word literally points to business / commerce, and directly connects with the idea of highway traffic where there are many vehicles, all going to a destination.
