Podcast: How A Stock Trading Dream Imparted Solomon’s Wisdom On 3 Practical Levels

I had a dream recently that gave me a a very interesting concept to work through in several practical ways. The dream dealt with a technical stock trading strategy, but as I thought about it, I began to realize how it applied to three different areas of life which anyone could benefit from. In this podcast episode, I’m going to walk through the dream in a fairly simple and practical way that speaks to the broadest audience regardless of whether you have any interest or experience in stock trading. A Stock Options Trading Dream

September 4, 2026 – In my dream, I was thinking about a covered call options trade — a strategy where you first own a stock and then sell an equal number of call options at a slightly higher strike price according to the number of shares you own (in 100 share increments). The call option sale brings in premium up front, which lowers your net cost on the overall trade and produces a form of income. It’s not an overly complicated trade, although to someone who’s never studied this, it probably sounds equal to landing on the moon.

Discussion Points: 3 Levels Of Interpretation

Here are the three levels of interpretation of the dream that I explain in this podcast episode (these will make more sense when you actually hear how I walk through the dream)…

1. General principle — wisdom and patience when making decisions, considering all your “options” before deciding (take your time buying a car / house / appliance where you must consider many types of “options” or features).

2. General advice — conservatively considering “options” for a low or high cost purchase (narrows toward money/decisions, still broadly relatable to many personal situations) — this type of options trade is a conservative one, it is not one where you expect the stock to shoot for the moon or “win the lottery”.

3. Literal instruction — get ready to trade covered call options and look for good trade candidates (the specific payoff for listeners who actually trade options) — purpose of this dream is a roundabout way of God telling me I will soon have enough money to be able to literally make trades of this kind (in addition to the above two applications).
