Have you ever had a health problem and wondered if God might tell you something about it in a dream? Over the past several years, God has been showing me natural health solutions through dreams — not treatment plans, but things that can actually address root causes of health problems. This is the opposite of what mainstream medicine teaches, and it started with a series of symbolic dreams I had no idea how to interpret at first. In this blog, I’m going to tell you about my dreams of health solutions that led me on an eye-opening path to learning much about what’s really going on in our world and our health. This blog is a compilation of all the dreams I’ve discussed in my videos about natural health solutions.

How It Started: Food Allergies and Forgiveness

My journey into natural health didn’t begin with a dream — it began with severe, escalating food allergies. Milk, bell peppers, kiwi, ginger, soybean oil — the list kept growing until I could barely find anything to eat without triggering a painful cystic acne breakout deep under my skin. It got to the point where I’d spend 45 minutes in a grocery store trying to find something I could eat.

The turning point came when I attended a meeting with healing evangelist Joan Hunter in Cleveland, Tennessee. One of her staff told me that food allergies are often caused by unforgiveness. I knew it was true the moment she said it. I went through a prayer from one of Joan Hunter’s books, speaking out loud the names of about 20 people from the past 20 years who had wronged me. The next day I ate ginger candies — something that would have caused a severe breakout — and nothing happened. I was healed.

• I Forgave Them: Did You Really?

The only remaining sensitivity I have is with heavy cream in large amounts. I’ve also found that apple cider vinegar — specifically the kind that says “the mother” (look for that cloudy sediment; Bragg’s is a well-known brand) — helps clear the lymph system. A tablespoon in a full cup of water, mixed with honey and pumpkin spice, makes it more drinkable. The lymph system sits just underneath the skin, and when it gets clogged it pushes toxins out through the skin. That’s what I was dealing with.

That was my starting point — learning that what we eat and what we hold inside us spiritually are both connected to our physical health. From there, God began showing me more things in dreams.

The Weather Modification Dream — HAARP, and Chemtrails

Before we get to the health solutions, there’s an earlier dream that provides the context for why those solutions are even necessary. On December 6, 2020, I had a dream set at Niagara Air Reserve Base — a base I grew up near in Western New York. I saw a full squadron of F-104 Starfighter jets parked on the ramp. These were old jets — Mach 2 interceptors built in the 1960s and 70s, designed to go extremely high, extremely fast. In the dream I saw the two-seat version.

Then the scene shifted to a classroom-type room upstairs in one of the base buildings. There was an old movie projector — the kind with the pull-down white screen from decades past — showing a film about these jets transmitting something into the atmosphere. I saw elements from the periodic table being broadcast outward from devices on the jets, changing the substance of the atmosphere itself.

The next day — December 7th — Chuck Yeager died. Chuck Yeager is famous for breaking the sound barrier, but he also had a very well-known incident in that exact same type of jet: an F-104 with rocket assist that took him up to 101,000 feet, where the aircraft lost control and went into a flat spin. He barely got out alive. God gave me the dream on December 6th, and the man most associated with that aircraft died the very next day. That was not a coincidence. God was using the F-104 to draw my attention to something happening at high altitude.

The dream was pointing to two real-world things. First, HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) — a high-altitude atmospheric program that uses transmitted energy to alter properties of the atmosphere. Second, chemtrails — the aerial spraying programs where trails behind certain aircraft don’t evaporate the way normal contrails do, and where independent researchers have documented that the spray points don’t always line up with the engines. What both have in common is this: elements and compounds are being transmitted or dispersed into the atmosphere, they change atmospheric properties, and they come back down — settling into the soil, the water, and our bodies.

• High Altitude Science Dreams: How God Confirmed A Strange Activity & A Cure For The Matrix

The secondary symbol in the dream — the 107th Fighter Interceptor Group, which was the unit historically based at that Niagara base — was God’s way of connecting this to current events being exposed by a guy who was using that same number as a mnemonic alias (Juan O’ Savin… One O Seven). It packaged the whole thing together: this isn’t new, it has history, and what’s being revealed right now about it is real.

It took me nearly three months to connect all the dots on that dream. When I finally did, two other dreams I had previously recorded suddenly made complete sense — because they pointed to the cures for exactly what the F-104 dream was warning about.

Here’s the thing — until I had this dream, I really didn’t know whether weather modification was real or just some hoax. Once I figured out the meaning as I’ve described here, I knew this all was real.

Dream 1: Liquid Iodine (Fluoride Detox)

On December 24, 2020, I had a dream where I’m in a doctor’s office. The doctor is trying to give me all kinds of shots and I’m refusing all of them. Then he shows me a small vial of liquid iodine — and that one I decide to take. No explanation was given in the dream, just the image of liquid iodine in a vial.

A few weeks later, I started following people talking about what’s really in our food and environment, and they began discussing iodine — specifically its role in detoxing fluoride from the body. Fluoride is a neurotoxin that specifically targets the pineal gland. If you’ve studied Apostle David E. Taylor’s teaching called The Mystery of Protons (available on the JMMI/KOGGC website), you’ll know the pineal gland is directly connected to our spiritual perception — our ability to receive visions and dreams. Fluoride calcifies that gland, shutting down spiritual sensitivity in the population.

When eastern religions talk about the “third eye,” there is real truth underneath that — they’ve just misapplied it. Jesus said “if your eye be evil” — singular eye, not plural eyes. These are mystery-level things in Scripture that most people skip over. Fluoride attacks the pineal gland on purpose, and it is one of the compounds that comes down from the atmospheric spraying described in the F-104 dream. Iodine is a direct countermeasure.

The dream showed me liquid form specifically, so that’s what I got — Lugol’s iodine in a dropper bottle. I’ve purchased it two or three times since that first dream.

Dream 2: Borax (Heavy Metals Detox)

On February 20, 2021 — about two months after the iodine dream — I dreamed I’m sitting in something like a church pew and a woman I knew is standing next to an open refrigerator. She wants me to use her laundry detergent — it’s an off-brand product. I decide to use it, but first I want to smell it.

There were three symbols in that dream: laundry detergent (something that cleans), a refrigerator (something you consume — food and drink go in a refrigerator), and a smell. When I started studying heavy metals detox, I came across borax. Borax is sold in the laundry section of grocery stores as a laundry booster. When I put a small amount in water and drank it, it had a distinctly fishy smell. That was the confirmation — the dream was telling me to consume this internally for heavy metals detox.

The dosage is very weight-dependent — too much is toxic. For me, 1/8 teaspoon in a full water bottle is right. Look up the appropriate dose for your body weight before trying this. A simple pinch dissolved in water is another common approach.

Here’s why this matters in the context of the F-104 dream: what comes down from atmospheric spraying programs includes nanometals. When exposed to specific frequencies — like those broadcast from cell towers and 5G infrastructure — nanometals inside the body line up and form antennas. This has been demonstrated under a microscope. A body filled with nanometals becomes a receiver for external frequency signals. That’s not science fiction — it’s the mechanism behind what the Bible describes as the Antichrist system of total mind control. Borax is one of the countermeasures God showed me against this. Heavy metals detox is not just about physical health. It’s about mental and spiritual freedom.

Dream 3: Ovaltine and Malt Powder

On December 15, 2023, I had a dream where I’m looking at something like a Keurig machine. There’s a small plug-in device with the word “Tesla” written on it. Instead of coffee, I see a white unlabeled container with a white powder mix — and I get the word “Ovaltine.”

I’ll admit that made me laugh — not exactly what you expect God to show you. But I started researching it. Ovaltine is a malt-based drink mix, and the malting process of grain produces specific nutrients. The word “Tesla” pointed me toward energy — nutrients that support the body’s own electrical energy systems. I bought the malt chocolate version because the malting process was what mattered.

Note: Ovaltine is now made by Nestlé, a company I’d encourage you to research independently. Brewer’s yeast has an even higher nutrient density and similar properties — but because God said “Ovaltine,” that’s where I started.

Dream 4: Cocoa Powder

On January 28, 2024 — about six weeks after the Ovaltine dream — I’m in my childhood home kitchen. I have cocoa powder on the counter, some of it spills, and I scoop it up and put it into the Ovaltine container. God was showing me these two go together because of the similarity of nutrients.

Dream 5: Tiny Skeleton Figures

On May 5, 2024 — about four months after the cocoa powder dream — I see tiny multicolored striped human skeleton figures. I’m breaking off pieces of the bones and stirring them into coffee that I’m drinking. Someone also gives me coffee with a lot of foamy creamer — and I knock it over and spill a little.

This dream finally told me why I needed the Ovaltine and cocoa powder: bone health. The skeleton figures being broken apart and dissolved into the drink showed me that my bones needed what was in those supplements. I looked up the nutrients in both and confirmed they directly support bone mineral density. He gave the solution first, and the explanation came later.

Dream 6: Replace Coffee With Cacao

On October 1, 2024, I dreamed I’m drinking what I think is coffee. I look at the paper filter in the coffee machine — it’s not coffee grounds. It’s cocoa powder. Around that time I started seeing ads for a company called Crio Brew, which makes brewed cacao using cacao beans the way you’d use coffee beans. God was telling me to replace coffee with brewed cacao.

Cacao and cocoa are slightly different because of processing — cacao is less processed and retains more minerals and vitamins. Crio Brew is available on Amazon and their own website. I haven’t been able to purchase it yet, but it’s high on my list. In the meantime, I’ve been using cocoa powder as an intermediate step.

Dream 7: An Empty Spool (Copper)

On December 27, 2025, I had a dream where I’m looking at what should be a toilet paper roll on top of a toilet, but instead I see an empty plastic spool — about the same size as a toilet paper roll, with circular ring patterns on the edges. Nothing on it, it was empty.

Several weeks went by before the answer came. A spool holds something, and the most obvious material on a spool that size is electrical cable — which is made of copper. The spool was empty, meaning I was lacking it. The placement on top of a toilet told me this was connected to something toxic leaving the body.

Let me comment here that I’m still learning about all the uses of copper. What I say here is by no means the entirety. This is only the starting point.

Copper has been quietly removed from mainstream health recommendations, which should tell you something. It has measurable effects on water quality, kills bacteria, puts beneficial copper ions into water, and provides an electrical charge the body uses for healing and energy. Copper has been replaced in our water system due to a false and unscientific demonization and it was replaced with an extremely toxic chemical that was used in WWI to kill thousands of people: chlorine. Pure copper water bottles (look for 99.8% pure) are where I plan to start. Combined with a good water filter — I’m currently using Zero Water, which filters significantly more than Brita or PUR — that would be a meaningful step.

Before we move on, I need to comment on store bought water filters. They fit the same pattern as Rockefeller — create something toxic (public water), then find a “solution” to fix it, so you can make money off both ends simultaneously. As RFK Jr has said many times — the United States is one of the sickest countries on the planet (no surprise).

My Observation With Public Water

Do a search online for how to make your own filter from gravel, sand, charcoal and the right cloth. When I’m able to do this, it’s way up near the top of my list. Many health solutions are very cheap and do not feed some big industry that deliberately looks for ways to make a profit off you rather than fix the real root cause of a problem. Regardless of your filter choice, don’t drink tap water first thing in the morning if you’re on a public supply. Municipalities dump chlorine into the system overnight, so let your tap run for several minutes or boil it first.

Recently, I noticed something very odd — at times when I have drank unfiltered public tap water, I would wake up with gooey stuff in my eyes that made it hard to focus. When I stopped drinking public water, the eye problems ended. I’ve seen that happen repeatedly now, and it clearly indicates a major problem with public water.

What Jesus Showed My Wife: Dairy and Coffee

My wife has received multiple visions from Jesus about my health specifically, and two of them stand out.

First, Jesus showed her that if I do not stop consuming dairy products — milk, cheese, ice cream, all of it — I will die of cancer. She was also shown that a family member’s prostate cancer was directly caused by regularly drinking milk. Jesus showed her the gallon of milk in that person’s groceries as the source.

I’ve connected this to my own experience with whey protein powder. Years ago I used Designer Whey every single day, and that’s when lipoma cysts just beneath the skin began appearing in multiple locations. When Jesus confirmed to my wife that dairy was the cause, it made sense. Whey protein is dairy, and cheese made things worse when I resumed eating it. I stopped whey protein long ago and initially switched to Garden of Life Raw Meal — a vegan protein blend Jordan Rubin originally developed, later acquired by Nestlé through a chain of sales. The lipoma cysts are still there, and I’m still waiting on God for a solution to remove them. But the first step is always: stop putting in what caused the problem.

On the question of raw dairy: Dr. Josh Axe has done excellent interviews on raw A2 dairy from regenerative farms. Pasteurization kills most of the nutrients in milk, and the A1/A2 distinction matters — most commercially sold milk is A1, which many people’s bodies can’t properly process. Goat’s milk may also be significantly better for humans than conventional cow’s milk. My wife has not yet received a green light from God on that for us — so we continue to wait.

Second, Jesus told my wife, Jonika, that coffee makes you age faster. I didn’t like hearing that. Research suggests conventional coffee is heavily contaminated with mold due to poor farming practices, and the caffeine can sometimes be a personal problem for me as well. This is part of why God showed me cacao as a replacement. I still drink coffee occasionally, but far less than before.

The Bigger Picture: What’s Really Going On

These health revelations didn’t come in isolation. The F-104 dream, the iodine dream, the borax dream — they all connect. The more God showed me, the more He expanded my awareness of the environment we’re living in. Fluoride in water. Glyphosate sprayed on crops. Parabens and sulfates in cosmetics. Nanometals from vaccines and atmospheric spraying. These aren’t random — there is a coordinated system designed to keep people sick, spiritually disconnected, and unable to think clearly.

Cancer is not a mystery. Its sources are documented if you know where to look. The modern healthcare system was largely architected by John D. Rockefeller to monetize sickness at every stage — cause it, fail to cure it, and profit from the treatment. Study that history.

The Antichrist system isn’t something in the distant future — it’s being assembled right now, block by block. Metals in the body interacting with wireless frequencies. AI surveillance. Technology designed to override independent thought. The prophetic warnings in Revelation and Daniel make a lot more sense when you understand the technology being built to fulfill them.

This is why detox matters at a spiritual level, not just a physical one. Your pineal gland, your spiritual perception, your ability to receive from God in dreams and visions — all of it is under chemical and technological attack. God is showing His people the way out, one dream at a time.
