Babies in dreams are one of the most common symbols that are often misunderstood. I have seen babies in dreams many times, not always with the same meaning. Just recently, I had a dream of a baby that had a clear personal message. In this blog, I will tell you about my rather short dream and the interpretation within the context of real-life circumstances.

A Dream of The Birth of A New Baby

April 22, 2026 – I’m in a room when my Mom gives birth to a new baby. It didn’t seem like a fully natural birth; it appeared more as though the baby was delivered from the side. At one point I looked away for privacy. The baby’s sex was not revealed. This took place at a nighttime setting in what appeared to be a well lit room of a house, possibly a bedroom setting.

Here are the primary symbols interpreted…

• Mother = sometimes this can represent your literal mother, or the characteristics and traits she possesses in real life; often however, a mother represents the Holy Spirit who “births” things in your life by a process of time — this is the meaning that most accurately fits this dream (see reasons below).
• Baby / birth = often this represents the beginning of a new chapter in your life or it can indicate that someone became a “born again” believer in Jesus. A baby can also symbolize a covenant between you and God due to a difficult process you’ve endured (see more here).
• Nighttime = this often represents the following: 1) a situation you are “in the dark about”, 2) something being hidden from your awareness, 3) the presence of evil or 4) unbelief; in context of this dream and real life circumstances, I can make the case for the first three.
• House = while the exact location was not certain, it seemed vaguely like a house setting, not a hospital — as such, this leans the meaning toward a personal message.

Now that we’ve examined the symbols, let’s put it all together by looking at real-life circumstances ongoing at the time. This is a major key to correct dream interpretation — understanding the context.

Real Life Circumstances

At the time of this dream, I have been in a very long process of development according to the long series of blogs I write about on the Supernatural Entrepreneur. My circumstances have been extremely difficult, due primarily to severe financial hardship caused by the treasonous actions of a person I wrote my Supernatural Detective series about. Therefore, a “dark time” could be the connection to the night setting in this dream but we can also add to it the fact that the meaning of the baby is also something I have been “in the dark” about.

If you understand the Biblical pattern of my life that I follow due to my calling, then you know I am firmly established in the spiritual lineage that includes Joseph and Solomon. While the lives of those two men were very different in some key ways, they were each used for great purposes based upon the wisdom they exercised.

My development process is not like Solomon — it is much more like Joseph, who had to endure very evil circumstances at the hands of people who betrayed and falsely accused him. Now that we’ve briefly summarized the real-life circumstances this dream fits into, let’s now discuss what it most appears to indicate. Starting with the symbol of my mother — in real life, she is deceased, so this has nothing to do with her literally. That eliminates one possible meaning so we can move on to the next… As I said above, a mother can represent the Holy Spirit as one who “births” something new in your life.

Considering that now, what can this relate to in my life?

Elaborating On The “Baby” Symbol

I have many dreams dealing with a major financial outpouring which will pay for all my personal expenses and fund my invention. As you may know from my blogs, I gave up everything in 2015 to follow God’s real plan for my life, and I have lived on almost nothing ever since. When you give up everything to follow God’s plan, you must realize that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11:6). That Greek word “rewarder” literally translates as “one who pays wages” — meaning God will compensate you for your sacrifice. God never disappoints when you make extreme sacrifices as I have!

So now that we know the mother is not literal, it is the Holy Spirit. I have endured a very long process of hardship since 2015, so this now points the dream to something new being birthed by the Holy Spirit in my life. Particularly relevant is my calling to build the space energy invention and to take a new and prominent global position as one of the top technology inventors.

This appears to be the long awaited sign that my global energy invention business will begin. But that’s not all.

When you look through the Bible, you find that God makes new covenants with people who go through his “ancient training process” as I discuss in the Joseph Process Guide.

When God wants to do something new on earth, He often makes new covenants with His very select few chosen people. That is what He did with Moses, Abraham and King David, among others.

So it now appears we have this “baby” symbol sorted out: new business, new venture, new season in life and new covenant.

That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

If you read my previous blog about my dream of a major harvest, then you see how this dream can be a follow-up to that one. When you are in a long and harsh situation as I have been, you really need God to give you updates that tell you whether you are still on the right track. The last thing you want is to get one big dream and then years go by with nothing else to indicate whether or not the thing God showed you will still happen!

A Quick Word About Finding Your Calling

God speaks to those who speak to Him and when you are diligently following Him as I have these last 11+ years, you can be sure He will be communicating with you in your dreams at night!

A dream of a baby can be one of those signs that God is showing you something about the direction and calling of your life. A mother can represent the process by which God is birthing something new in your life — by the Spirit.

Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.
